In August 2025, the National Black Library will launch its groundbreaking and pioneering response to the education crisis, Library School, an online private school tailored to children of color.
We are seeking top-tier educators nationwide—teachers who are not only high-performing and inspirational but who can transform every lesson into a captivating experience, blending the appeal of cartoons with the academic rigor of Ivy League lectures.
Known Details:
Flat-Rate Salary of $150,000
Fully Remote Position (Besides Training)
Course Structure: 3 x 90 min courses (2 live, one recorded.)
Dedicated Grading Support (Human and AI)
Our learning model spans from Grade 5 through college. Our instructional staff comprises approximately 80 lead instructors and 20 leadership staff. Everyone is compensated equally and works collaboratively, avoiding arbitrary power structures that lack purpose.
